- JBJon BeeDec 30, 20251.0I simply tried to get a tour of one of their units. I scheduled a tour and arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled tour and the door to the office was locked. Standing where I could see them was a gentleman with dirty pants I’m assuming he was the maintenance and he and I made eye contact for 3+ minutes it appeared he was waiting for me to give up and leave. I stayed at the door as again I had a scheduled tour and he finally decided to come to the door and opened up, he explained that the office worker there “was on break”. I explained I had a tour scheduled and he left the door to go get the office worker. The office worker appeared and said “can I help you?” Apparently whoever the dirty gentleman was didn’t tell her why I was there. I explained AGAIN that I was there to view an apartment and her response was “who are you here to see?” I said I just setup the tour on their website and I even got a text message reminding me that the tour was today, the lady’s response was “well you will have to come back later I have a call in a few minutes” I told her that’s was fine and I WILL NOT be back. This was the most unprofessional exchange I have ever had with a leasing company before I even VIEWED THE APARTMENT. I saw some negative reviews but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and it appears all of the negative reviews are warranted. Do not waste your time and rent here, they can’t even get the apartment viewings correct.
