  I've had a very positive experiences during my residence at The Retreat at Arden Village. This was largely in part to their amazing administrative team, Wyatt, Robin, Erin and Earl. They have gone out of their way to assist me with any concerns. The units are spacious and well designed. The amenities are beautiful and always very well kept.

  Do you like paper thin walls, floors, and ceilings? Do you enjoy broken appliances, paint footprints and fingerprints left all over by the reset team upon move in? Do you like random fees, including a credit card processing fee in order to pay rent, healthily padding your already inflated rent? Do you like nice cold air wafting through the badly sealed and fitted doors and windows? If you answered yes to these questions AND you're looking to pay an arm and a leg for it, then this is the apartment complex for you! This is the worst place I've ever lived.

  We have been here since December and really enjoy it. The property is kept in top shape with plenty of room for the dogs. Robin, Brittany and the rest of the staff are very helpful and professional.

  Almost three years and still loving the staff here. They communicate and follow-up with residents very well. Which are very appreciated by me. Still give quick respond to any of my inquiries and problems. Property amenities are well maintained on a regular basis. Love the clubhouse, fitness room, and the pool area as well as fun resident events.

  OMG this place is totes adorbz!!!! I went to a slumber party at my bff's and fell in love with the complex. I love that its so close to shopping and the highway. Its affordable and the sales girl Britney in the office is so cute and helpful. Cant wait to move in.
