You will find problems and its unlikely the builder will assume any responsibility. they are throwing these houses together as haphazardly as possible and just hoping you don't find major issues. If you do after signing good luck getting that warranty. They will fight you over every nickel even when they know they are wrong. Worse than dealing with a crooked insurance adjuster. Unless you do not have a choice I would avoid anything Pulte in this area. ***In response*** Your customer service was already well aware of my concerns that they made clear will not be addressed. same thing every time I've tried to deal with them. Will fight tooth and nail over even minor issues. If they don't think you'll take them to court good luck getting anything addressed. Like I said before save yourself the headache and look for a DR horton or ole south home in the area or get a lawyer.
