These homes are cheaply made for the price they slap on them. The sales manager told me that I will not find a house for that price…. Again “Pushy” well guess what….thats not gonna get you my money. To all…stay away “cheap homes + high prices= Bad quality”
- JNJeffrey NicksNov 1, 20251.0Ok… so just to start off, their homes are pretty to look at but DO NOT stand up to wear and tear and to top it off, they know it cause the “service after the sale” is horrible. I have had problems from day one. Yes day one, they came out but did not fix the problem just put a bandage over it. The quality of the homes SUCK. I have had electrical problems, plumbing problems, structural problems and now a leaking roof problem…. This home is only 3 years old. I spent over 300,000 dollars for this home only to sink out more money to fix the problems they won’t….. I purchased my home in Columbia, Tn and it took them almost a year to put in on the ground on MY LAND…this is and was the worst experience I have ever had on buying a “ forever home” of course it’s only been my first but it left a bad taste in my mouth with Clayton homes. All I can say is “ do buy out of convenience, do your research. There are other companies out there that will treat you better than Clayton homes has done for me.
