  I love this place! This is my 2nd (I think) year here and I’ve enjoyed it very much. It’s so quiet and I love having my own attached garage. The pool area is incredible and usually very quiet too. There is a good mix of young professionals and families here, so I think that’s what makes the environment so great. I feel like the build quality of the apartment is pretty sturdy. Other than when my downstairs neighbors’ kids slam their garage door I really don’t hear too much noise. I have only needed maintenance twice and both times they came quickly and were professional. They were respectful of my space even when I wasn’t there. If I had to pick cons, I would say it can be kinda hard for some delivery people to find your door. Have only had issues with Uber eats, but no issues with Amazon and FedEx. It honestly might depend on where your door is. Have had no issues with missing or stolen mail which is awesome! Sometimes my packages are out all day while I’m at work and they’re still there when I get home! Another potential con, there are a lot of spiders. My garage and balcony are overrun with them. I also see them often in the pool cabanas, but not a huge issue to me though. Rent is also pretty pricey but it feels worth it. Overall I’ve enjoyed my time here! I’ll definitely miss this place once my lease is up.

  I called in to inquire about the common area in my building. She put in the service request on my behalf and to my surprise, the matter was immediately resolved a day later! The staff here is top tier!! They’re always professional & willing to help. I love it here! 🩷 Thank you so very much!

  Please be advised of packages misdelivered by Amazon, UPS, and FedEx. I’ve had 6…SIX!…missing packages within the last 8 weeks. Management was informed of two. I received no response from second one. I didn’t bother to report the last 4. Last weekend, two FINALLY were returned to office AFTER both UPS and FedEx opened cases BTW, one of the two returned was a misdelivered USPS package. Bottom line, if packages are misdelivered, residents keep your property. I am missing FIVE deliveries (decorative items for my home). Let’s talk about BUGS. My concerns were greatly downplayed. Let me be clear. I maintain a clean apartment. I’m 62. I have seen 5 roaches IN MY LIFE. I have seen 7…SEVEN…roaches in the last 6 days. “These are likely water bugs—in the roach family—but not the dirty ones. We will put you on the list for Tuesday” (6 days later).I have signed a Terminex contract at my own expense for ROACHES. Initial treatment will cost me about $300 and $50/month thereafter. Be on your best behavior at trash area (you may be called names if you close compactor door as required) and at the frequently broken gates. To management: do not issue the proverbial apologies or excuses here. These issues have been brought to your attention. REVIEWS MATTER

  I have enjoyed my time here at Meridian Park so much that I renewed my lease early! The property is clean, quiet, and full of friendly neighbors. I especially love the amenities of the clubhouse and pool, but the kindness of the property managers outweighs everything. Ms. Keisha has been so supportive and made my stay so much more pleasant!
