  I lived at Legacy Farms for a little over a year and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The leasing agents were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. From move-in to move-out, communication was clear and professional, which made the entire process stress-free. The community itself is well-maintained and located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood, which was a huge plus. I always felt comfortable coming and going at any time of day. The grounds are clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it truly feels like a place where residents are valued. Overall, Legacy Farms was a great place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed apartment community with a supportive leasing team.

  Legacy Lake Ln in Collierville is a wonderful community with well-maintained common areas and a peaceful environment. The maintenance staff is responsive, professional, and consistently does a great job keeping everything in top shape. Plenty of clean, well-organized space makes the society feel open, comfortable, and family-friendly.

  I just moved into this apartment. Everything is good renovated every detail was spotless and I haven’t had any issues plus I’m a handyman so I deal with it. Maintenance is great and the leasing office is also.

  Less than a year of “smoke and mirrors”, bandaid fixes, and consistent sirens on Winchester while living here. Even still, we’re thankful for the opportunity to reside here despite the constant gaslighting about the brown recluse spider infestation (yes, even after multiple rounds of pest control) and an array of flawed aspects to the apartment. The community of people are very nice. We’ve enjoyed getting to know many of those who live here. Would only recommend living here short term though.

  This place truly does not care about quality. Mold growing in window seals and on the walls and when you report it they don’t handle it properly. When something stops working or breaks they dig old, used stuff out of storage. I’ve had to have my toilet replace after it leaked and flooded my bathroom and they replaced it with a dirty, scratched up toilet. It leaked in the first place due to an insufficient repair. Ice maker broke and they installed a used dirty one, so now I have black particles in my ice. The hearting and air systems are old and can’t keep up during extreme heat or cold. For there you pay (they increase rent every time you renew), the upkeep is terrible. The only positives are the floor plans and convenience of the location.
