The kids scream every day like it’s a playground, right under your window or in the stairwell, and they’ll ride bikes around your car like it’s a skate park. Parents don’t care, management doesn’t care. And when the kids finally stop, you get the adults outside at 11PM–1AM yelling on their phones like it’s the middle of the day. Zero peace here, ever. Don’t waste your money.
- IMIyad MansourSep 6, 20251.0Don’t move here unless you want the entire neighborhood’s kids screaming at the top of their lungs everyday after school until 9 pm, and if it’s too hot out or raining don’t worry, they’ll be on your stairwell playing there while screaming the entire time. They will also bike around your car so and don’t care if it scratches it up. Make sure you have good tv speakers or headphones to drown of the noise of these kids, whose parents don’t seem to care even though they can hear them.
- GGGlendaJul 11, 20251.0Apartment hunters beware!!! These apartments seems to be peaceful and charming. BUT THEY ARE NOT. They are pet friendly, but they are not kid friendly. They have an area for your pets to play. But the kids play up and down the stairs, the parking lot, they are swinging on gates, I have a video of that because I couldn’t believe it. The next day the gate wasn’t working. They bang against the apartment wall. I had to turn my tv up louder to hear it, I also recorded that. They cracked my window and also scratch my car with there bikes. If you have kids, this may be the place for you. But if you’re single and like peace and quiet, look elsewhere.
