  Made a work order for a water valve leak on icemaker and maintenance was there the next day to fix. Didnt take 5 minutes and everything was good to go.

  I have never experienced such a great interaction with maintenance, Trey is very knowledgeable and invested with what he does. Never have I met a maintenance member within a community that can do what he does. Thank you Trey!

  Home sweet home!! My family and I have just moved in, and we love it here! The neighborhood is quiet, management is on top of what they should be, and Trey, the maintenance man, is AWESOME and so responsive! No neighborhood is perfect, but it says a lot that management and maintenance take pride in things being kept clean and nice. Trey is friendly & quick when working, but very thorough and makes sure that repairs are quality and done right. Ms. Gwen and Ms. Wilma are fantastic and made us feel welcome from the very start. Thank you all so much for helping us find our home. 🥰
