  Melonie is great. She cares about her tenants and the state of their apartment. Every problem she has corrected. She is empathetic, caring and good natured. I have lived there four years and she has taken great care of us, our apartment and the property! Thanks Melonie for being your awesome self!

  First off, most of these 1star reviews are being left by people who were made to leave due to breaking the rules. No sense in being petty. I've been here almost a year, just signed my lease for another year and I love it here. My kids love it here. Rich and Melanie have done an amazing job at fixing this place up and getting rid of the riff raff. Only complaint I have, would be no real place for the kids to play but other than that, we have no complaints. We've got a great property manager who takes pride in her job and a maintenance man who goes far beyond his duties to make sure their tenants are taken care of. My kids adore the both of them and so do I!!!

  If I could give a lower rating I would, no doubt. Since they got new management this place has gone to hell. It took them 2 months to fix a leak they were told about immediately. We spent over 4 times the amount of electric because of another leak, maintenance broke 4 things trying to fix that leak. He fixes it and then our hot water goes out. He came out 7 times to fix the same problem each time saying it should be fixed now, and it wasn't. Threatened to evict based on an assumption, even going and telling one of our guests that if it continues to "be a problem we will be evicted" and going to all of our neighbors asking about us. They should have come to us if they thought they had a problem not went around telling anyone and everyone our business. Would not recommend to live here unless you absolutely have no other choice.
