The journey itself took a little longer than expected due to external delays (lender, contractors, etc), but Kyle really went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one and step in where needed to make sure things were moving forward. He even went out of his way to schedule and conduct our "welcome home" during the week of Thanksgiving to help us meet a personal deadline. If you are considering a manufactured/modular home, Kyle is your guy! Highly, highly recommend.

Our sales fellow was Kyle Josleyn who guided and supported my wife and me throughout the process, along with the general manager Nate Hagood, I will say to prepare for "the process" taking some amount of time to finally get to the move in date, but not because of Clayton, in fact they stepped into solve some problems. Their wisdom and support on all the logistics (septic, water, power, site prep) was outstanding. So, because getting a new home is a process, expect some hiccups but the final outcome is well worth it. We really like this Clayton home for it's energy efficiency, layout, modern appliances and a bunch of small well thought out conveniences like a drain system for a dehumidifier or an emergency drain for the hot water heater. We liked this unit when we first saw it and now I can say we love it, after living in it. Kudos to Kyle and Nate and Clayton Homes. We highly recommend Clayton Homes of Cleveland. We have been in our new home just about two months now and love it.
