  I am so grateful for the experience that Mr. Kyle Joselyn has given me and my family on the purchase of our Clayton Home. Kyle has been with us every step of the way with much patience. Never once has he failed to return a message or phone call. If for some reason there was a delay in Kyle returning a call, or message you could bet there was a good reason. Kyle would always get back to us as quickly as he could. He has offered excellent customer service, and if you are looking for a new home with Clayton Homes I would recommend Kyle Joselyn as your consultant. Kyle, thank you for everything you have done and are continuing to do for my family!

  Kyle was very knowledgeable and respectful, he knew the inside and outs of the new home that my fiance and I want to purchase in our future home. The Lodge is perfect for us. We are Excited about moving forward.

  I want to commend all the folks at Clayton Homes - Cleveland, TN. Our sales fellow was Kyle Josleyn who guided and supported my wife and me throughout the process, along with the general manager Nate Hagood, I will say to prepare for "the process" taking some amount of time to finally get to the move in date, but not because of Clayton, in fact they stepped into solve some problems. Their wisdom and support on all the logistics (septic, water, power, site prep) was outstanding. So, because getting a new home is a process, expect some hiccups but the final outcome is well worth it. We really like this Clayton home for it's energy efficiency, layout, modern appliances and a bunch of small well thought out conveniences like a drain system for a dehumidifier or an emergency drain for the hot water heater. We liked this unit when we first saw it and now I can say we love it, after living in it. Kudos to Kyle and Nate and Clayton Homes. We highly recommend Clayton Homes of Cleveland. We have been in our new home just about two months now and love it.

  In 2024, my husband and I purchased a mobile home (paid in full). It was a pleasant buying experience and was delivered in a timely manner. However, on June 4, 2025 I contacted the warranty guy, Jordan with several items with pictures, that needed repaired or replaced. They fixed several items in June. However, on June 28, I contacted Jordan again because the two bedroom lights hadn't been repaired. He assured me that a technician would contact me in a few weeks. It was September 23 before I finally got someone out there to do repairs. They weren't able to do the siding repairs due to rain, but they said they would return to do it. It is now October 28th and no one has returned to do the repairs. I'm sure at this point they are just trying to ride out the warranty so repairs will not have to be done.

  I wish I could give lower than 1 star. Clayton in Cleveland is awful to deal with. We started the home buying process last summer (June/July 2024). We chose our plan, asked plenty of questions, did our research, checked google reviews, BBB. I thought I did all the right things. We closed on the loan November 2024. House was ordered and we were told 3-4 months till done and here in Cleveland. April 2025 our home was on the lot. We did a walk thru of what we could on a rainy afternoon. May was extremely rainy and our home sat there the entire month. June, July and August was a long blur of not much being done. A lot of phone calls just to get people to do anything. We were ignored by project manager, sales manager, and corporate. We were lied to all of the above. ***If you do chose to deal with Clayton, which I recommend NOT TO, but keep records. Always text so you have proof. Take pictures and write things down.*** Our trim looks awful and hasn't been fixed. Floors had problems that they wouldn't fix before we moved our stuff in. We still can't get them to let us know when they are going to fix stuff that they have known about since July. We even asked for a trim package so that we could just take it all down and redo it ourselves. When we ask about things that were told to us, now they don't recall those conversations. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CLAYTON HOMES, ESPECIALLY CLEVELAND OFFICE ON SOUTH LEE WHY.
