- JHJimmy HogedaDec 20, 20251.0Poor management and lack of communication throughout my 2 years at The Reserve at Kirkwood. I was charged ongoing monthly renters insurance fees after submitting my own renters insurance policy at move in, and unjustified move-out fees that were never explained among other issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We have felt so welcomed in the community and are blown away by how responsive and attentive the staff have been. Jamon in particular has been incredibly helpful throughout our move in process and we can't thank him (along with the rest of the team) enough! The maintenance crew is extremely hardworking and deserves a big shoutout for doing everything in their power to maintain the grounds here while Clarksville has been experiencing historic weather including flooding. While attending mother nature issues, the maintenance staff will still answer maintenance requests in under 24 hours. They're amazing! The amenities here are fantastic, the units are spacious and clean, it's dog friendly, and most importantly, it's safe. The Reserve at Kirkwood is truly a great place to live, and we look forward to what the future has for us here!

We toured twice, with Jim and then with Hope, who each spent a hour walking us through the community while it was still mostly under construction. They both answered all of our questions and we were sold immediately! The apartments are new and beautiful. The amenities are top tier. The grounds are consistently maintained. The trash valet service is a huge plus! The leasing and management team truly puts in a lot of effort to make this complex a community. Thank you Hope, Jim, Jamal + team Reserve!
