Evan went above and beyond to repair my refrigerator. It wasn’t keeping my food cold and not producing ice. He brought parts from a refrigerator that is being used for parts. He fixed it and didn’t leave a mess.

I had several miscellaneous items to be fixed. Jamon arrived early the next day after my request was submitted. As always, he was pleasant, respectful and courteous. I appreciate his efficiency and that he didn’t consider my requests too small to address. The work was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for his performance.

Save your money — this is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.
The management team is extremely unprofessional and refuses to take any concerns seriously. Instead of addressing problems, they deflect blame onto residents or anyone else. Unless there’s a way for them to profit, they won’t even bother acknowledging issues — whether it’s a stolen package or a maintenance complaint.
The so-called “luxury amenities” are constantly closed, either for repairs or as punishment to all residents because of one person’s mistake (like someone bringing glass to the pool). They advertise secure, upscale living, but it’s the complete opposite. The “gated” entrance is almost always left open, and any staff member who actually cares about residents doesn’t seem to stay long.
To make matters worse, the property sits in a flood zone. When it rains heavily, you can be trapped inside for 24–72 hours, unable to leave, while management ignores calls and provides no assistance.
Do yourself a favor — look elsewhere. This place is all marketing and no substance.
