  My experience wasnt great with this company. Im giving 2 stars for the very positive initial interaction I had with them, and the fact that they were able to get me into a place kinda quick. That was the end of anything positive with them. Through the course of my lease I found their communications to be very aggressive, disrespectful, and intentionally confrontational. More than a few times things they failed to do on their end caused problems, and communications received on said issues were over the top aggressive- to the point they were actually rude and totally unprofessional. Upon completion of my tenancy my credit score did not improve as they said it would- 790 at the start, 790 after completion with perfect payment record.

  Micheal and Crissy Bell are wonderful people to work with. If you need to rent they are a go to. They make sure all homes are in tip top condition before renting to anyone

  As a military family. I would recommend to steer clear from these folks. They are incredibly disrespectful and we traveled from Washington and drove for four days to move into a home that was never cleaned and had drugs in the carpets and food splatters on the walls. One of the managers Camille treated me like I was an absolute idiot all the time and would only talk via email. They work with a realtor as well, Cristen Bell from the Bell Group or Compass or what ever they call themselves. They allowed her to charge me an additional $200 on my rent one month because she found out I wanted to use another realtor to purchase my next home and she got her feelings hurt. This business uses horrible practices and their employees are the worst.

  Don said we were approved for a house then he told us to pay a deposit and the application fee and that our home would be ready on the 6th of June. Then, after we got the money orders for deposit, rent and the application fee we got a phone call the next day from someone in the office saying if the VA can't do allotments then were denied and to come pick up our money orders which is very rude because the Va doesn't do allotments like active duty and how are you going to tell someone they are approved and then after we pay for everything going to say two days later they can't help us knowing we came all the way from Ohio and drove the entire way down there now I have to drive another 9 hours back down there to get the money orders and return them to Wal-Mart so I can get my money back its very disrespectful to all veterans....period...
