  El peor error que puedes cometer es mudarte a estos apartamentos. Carísimos cosa que cuando firmaste un contrato ese no era el precio pero de un momento a otro te lo cambian aumentando el precio de unos apartamentos que ni siquiera lo valen . No hay gym no hay piscina no hay sala de descanso Entre otras cosas . No quieren que hagas parrilladas porque supuestamente hace mil años que están construyendo un lugar para eso pero nunca lo hacen . Estoy súper ofendida me siento ESTAFADAAAA por este lugar . Aparte de que siempre hay un problema con estos apartamentos cuando no es la llave de los correo en los insectos o algo roto y tardan años para solucionar el problema. Jamás volvería a mudarme aquí .😡😡😡

  Extremely Poor Management The management here is completely ineffective. Issues are never resolved, no matter how many times they’re reported. It makes you question what the property manager even comes to work for. The community is poorly maintained — dog waste is everywhere, attracting flies and creating unhealthy conditions. One neighbor’s baby has even gotten sick, and families can’t enjoy their balconies because of the mess. It’s clear that management either doesn’t care or is unwilling to enforce basic rules for pet owners. Based on my experience and what I’ve read from other residents, the biggest problem here is definitely the management.

  I’ve been living here since December 24th of 2025 per my lease I’m not supposed be charged for internet I pay 10 dollars a month for pest control who has never came into my home I have so many spiders I had to take my service animal to the vet for a spider bite I’m being charged for things that per my lawyer and my lease I’m only entitled to pay rent we do not have a fitness center so I don’t know why it says that in the description I’ve seen at least 5 new people every week at this office I e called twice now about having my account rectified and now I found out we are responsible for the water filters in our fridge I can’t get a call back and I pay my rent 2 weeks before it’s even do this has to be the worst place I’ve ever lived upon my move in my carpet had enough dog hair in it for 3 dogs the paint job was terrible and my unit was never cleaned but they wanted that rent and deposit before I moved in crazy they keep screaming If we were an HOA, the trucks that are parked on the side Our streets, (which I have no problem with and doesn’t bother me) Would be receiving fines. The overflow of trash at the trash compactor would also be fine . We’re not even A gated community We’re having Shootings behind our Townhouse apartments Literally a couple feet from the back of my door and the only way to clearly get a response for anything you need here is to leave a Bad review

  Worst apartment ever Keystone was so much better - no office staff for weeks and months on end - increased the price $150 a month - maintenance comes to fix something and they half fix it Example: my weather strip needed to be fixed- I put an order in to have them come. When he showed he stuffed it back in the crack, shut the door and walked away. Of course it came out again the same day. - rooms are tiny (queen bed barely fit) - pest control never comes, they will send letters saying they’re coming but never show up lol and I work from home so I would know if they come or not… mind you I have bugs all in my apt..black beetles, spiders, centipedes etc - when I moved in there was a dent in the wall and provided them pictures (keystone) when arrowood took over they didn’t have my move in pictures. They informed me I HAD TO FIX the dent in the wall or I’d be charged for damage because THEY did not have the pictures. They are very SNEAKY!! This has been the worst experience of my life. I have rented from slum lords better than what these people have provided. I had to pay more for less once arrowood took over, and it’s not even worth what they’re renting them out for The only thing they care about is the plants they spent thousands of dollars on but not the tenants.
