My wife and I had a great experience with Ryan homes between our sales person Dominique and our project manager Mattie everything was taken care of. They seemed to really care about us and our home purchasing experience. We love our home. We did have some minor issues after we moved in but after we let them know about it they came in and fixed the issues quickly. Trim work was about 5 out of 10 and the paint work was about 8 out of 10 but other than that there isn't much to critique. Thank you for all who were involved in helping us achieve our dream of home ownership!

Huge shoutout to our incredible team at Ryan Homes! We officially closed on 7/10/25! Dominique (our sales rep) and Britt (our property manager) made this whole experience smoother than we ever expected. Their communication, support, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful process into something exciting and manageable. As with any new build, we’ve had a few minor hiccups — including a plumbing issue upstairs. Thankfully, Carrie from the warranty team jumped on it quickly and got it resolved with no hassle, which we really appreciated. We absolutely love our home. Is it perfect? Of course not — no house is. We’ve got a short list of little things we’d like addressed, but nothing that impacts our daily life. We plan to schedule a follow-up inspection at the 10-month mark and share their recommendations along with our full list to the warranty team then. All in all, we’re happy homeowners so far and genuinely grateful for a team that cares about both the process and the people.

Ya know... the office staff was top tier. Very friendly! Offered $6000 toward closing. Project Manager was a cool dude as well. But the build seemed to be a little, fast. We were excited to move into our first new home. Thankfully, we haven't had a ton of maintenance work needed. However, there are things that we can tell they rushed on. -We have a lot of chipping/peeling drywall. -Most corners upstairs are warped. -The biggy for me was the stove wasn't fully connected when it was installed. This stopped our stove from working instantly. The GE warranty company told us this could have easily been a house fire had the stove not had a safety feature on it. -There's a ton of rock in the ground out back that they rebury making it difficult to grow grass for the people who moved in during phase I & II. They sod the whole yard now. -The backdoor had a leak within the first year. -Siding fell off in the first 2 months. -Our AC unit only kicks on under a certain setting. -The water is extremely hard. -The model color/siding style we picked is not the one we received; we were told this is all they had in stock during our build. I'm sure they're not the only building company that does this type of stuff but they're the one's who built ours. Honestly, there's a lot of ugly sides, especially to each build. All of our problems have been minor; but some of our community has experienced far worse. Indubitably, if you're a content person. This may be the neighborhood for you. If you're picky about a lot of things, I'd recommend you keep searching. but make sure you point out every. single. thing. in your final walk through. I think we were just ultimately excited. Lesson learned.
