  I love it here, it looks like a lot of the poor reviews were from a few years ago when there was different management, but this place has only gone up. You can tell management takes people’s input seriously, and is unafraid of accountability/genuinely strives to improve. Residents here are content and polite, there is not a tense atmosphere. The views are great. You feel really safe, it’s removed from the hustle and bustle of central town, but still close enough to stores and the Northshore/Red Bank area. There’s a few cops and courtesy officers who live around here. I was pleasantly surprised that maintenance requests are taken seriously, and they want your apartment working in tip top shape and no unexpected charges for requests. There was one time I called when my AC went out, and emergency maintenance didn’t come out, but I quickly resolved this next day with the office, didn’t have to wait long. I’ve also noticed they came out with texting updates when work orders are complete, and the community receives text messages.They have a reasonable and inexpensive pet policy. There’s not a monthly pet rent, which really saves you! The pool is awesome and I made great memories there this summer.

  I’ve waited to do my review for The Links for almost a year now, I’ve lived here since august of 2022 and haven’t had any major problems . Any issue we’ve had maintenance has been been out to fix the problem fast . I’m able to call with any questions and get the answers I need and not feel like a bother . They are all very nice in the office and the location itself is nice and quiet. The pool is almost always great shape they take very good care of the property. We love being here.

  Great community, good people and very kid friendly. Maintenance is very capable as long as it doesn't cost corporate any money. (Bottom line, out of town investment group that loves raising rent with no added value to their customer base) Security lighting is minimal at best, and do yourself a favor lock everything all the time. Consistently cars are broken in to and picked for money and valuables. Office management has a sympathetic ear but unwilling to fight for renters' concerns. Pool is fun.
