Your renters insurance doesn't cover mold and the maintenance team is not trained to deal with it. if you happen to be facing the "ponds" you are at more higher risk of being exposed to it.We lived in apartment 512, and all the building should be condemned but for that to happen you have to run tests for mold in your apartment and you will see, we have ours, these people left us with a huge debt, we lost everything and they are not willing to pay for anything! My kids are still sick after the exposure to this and it's so frustrating! It's been 2 years, I just found out about someone that just move there and I wish I've met him before he moved because this is a terrible place to live, at once I was so happy then after 6 months the problems started, they made me post reviews in their portal for points that I could redeem for gift cards! Don't fall for this! Go deeper! They managed to delete my previous post but here I am again BECAUSE BLACK MOLD IS DEADLY AND YOU PEOPLE DON'T CARE! IT'S IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING TO READ YOUR RESPONSES TO COMMENTS THAT YOU WILL MAKE IT RIGHT BECAUSE YOU WON'T! DON'T RISK YOUR LIVES DON'T MOVE HERE! If it's not mold is roaches, they changed the staff but not the old and moldy ruined apartmentents, I'll make sure to post this everywhere because no one deserves your lies embellished by cheap paint! No one!
