- ABAhmed BelhadSep 28, 20235.0I lived in this place for a year and two months moving from north and now moving south. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. It was a great experience having everything's remodeled and new, including dryer and washer. The people living here are very respectful and very nice and no issues so far. It is also a bonus that I have my own one deigned parking spot which was nice and also the place is located very close to Chattanooga downtown (7-10 min driving). Other bonus for me is huge patio that I had many plants in it. windows are big so I get enough light and fresh air. Lastly, the maintenance is great and quick and easy to submit an order and there is a huge and very nice dog park at walking distance. The only drawbacks which are everywhere issues are increasing rent, electricity, month-month fee ($100) with 2-month notice even it is month to month, etc. Thanks
