  Paul Avratin is outstanding. He's been around long enough to know strategies that work, and he's not just a newbie trying to make a quick buck. I was impressed that he was able to tell us how to improve our home to get the best price, and how to avoid wasting money on other things that weren't important. Also, with his construction experience, we were able to take care of things that could have been a problem in an inspection. He's a straight talker, and doesn't do the typical realtor B.S., which we liked.

  Best agent around! Excellent communication skills, made us feel comfortable through the whole selling process. Paul was knowledgeable about any topic related to the sale and got back to us with answers promptly. If we will sell or buy property we will make sure to use his services again.

  Paul is like no other realtor! He truly cares. He answers questions and phone calls immediately. I have worked with him for years. He truly makes buying/selling a joy. He has even helped me with questions unrelated to him making a dime. He’s one of the last few “good ones”.
