- CLCindy LAug 9, 20243.0Pros: Attractive townhomes, pets allowed. Great neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Cons: Upstairs bedroom is extremely hot compared to downstairs. Ceiling fans needed. Not very many amenities Included in the high rental price.
