  Jennifer, the leasing consultant, was very prompt in reaching out to me about my inquiry for one of their units. I was able to quickly set up a tour with her, all within 24 hours of my inquiry about the unit, and she even worked with my M-F work schedule, offering to stay late to do this tour. I actually canceled that same day tour and had to reschedule with her for after the weekend, and she was very kind and flexible, and still agreed to meet me late on the day we rescheduled. The inside of the unit I toured looked clean, functional, and well kept. Yes, it is a smaller space but it is a townhouse so there were no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, which is nice. It was quiet during our tour in the evening, so as far as I could tell, the noise in the community was minimal, if any. The bottom of the bathtub had been resurfaced, which I noted I was impressed with to Jennifer. This was one of the nicest tubs in an apartment I have seen in terms of looking like you'd actually want to take a bath in it. The parking lot was not too full either in the evening, so I do not think parking would be an issue at all. There are amenities offered within the price of rent including a shared laundry room, a community center and playground, but the unit I saw also had washer and dryer hook ups available too. For what is offered with this apartment, it is very much worth the price, and they clearly care about maintaining it. The location is nice because its near Harrison Bay, but was only a 20 minute drive from work in downtown Chattanooga so also not too far from work. I had personal reasons that I could not accept this offer to live here, but I do just want to take time to appreciate Jennifer for how helpful she was during this process. She very much cares about her work, and I hope they find a good tenant.

  The new management sucks they are unprofessional and treat you like you owe them rent and we pay our rent 2 weeks ahead of time they never fix anything roaches are very bad and the management staff don’t care who do we talk to to get the new management removed asap it’s more people moving out than in thanks to new management removed asap. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.especially for the amount of rent that we pay .

  For the amount of rent you pay you get zero amenities in return and live semi in the ghetto. Not worth it. My car was stolen from the parking lot and after talking with a neighbor that has lived here multiple years it is a common occurrence as is cars being broken into on a regular basis. Walls are extremely thin and neighbors will be loud and disruptive yet the property manager won't do anything about it. There are no good security measurements taken considering how much unusual activity goes on here. I would not live here ever unless it was your absolute last option.

  👎👎living here 2 months so far, Mold, mildew constant leaks LOUD LOUD neighbors, thin walls, barely no amenities JUST HORRIBLE
