    Had a tour appointment today at 12. Showed up to an empty and closed office. We didn’t receive any email or text notifying us of cancelation, the roads were just fine, they showed as open online and on the outside of the door, and we booked this a week in advance. We even received a reminder text the day before. I’d reschedule but this alone makes me question the overall customer service and management if they can’t even notify us about canceling the tour and their office being closed.

    Lived here for 2 years and just recently moved out . Maintenance was rather quick to resolve issues , which i was happy about because I've been in places where they would never show . Management was really nice and helpful , the amenities were great , and had lots of areas to walk my dog . The only issues I've had were a little bit of a roach problem that never went away no matter how many times pest control came by (which was rarely ever) . And the upstairs neighbors stomping around all hours of the night . But , mostly had a good experience over there and liked the location of the complex

    I’ve lived here for 2 years, and I’m about to renew for a 3rd. Personally, I’ve never had issues with maintenance or the office being non responsive. Any time I’ve had an actual issue, it’s been resolved the same day (including several times where things have happened outside of business hours). It’s also nice that the office tries to have small events for residents or books food trucks in the evenings. Honestly, my only complaint is that non-residents like to park in front of my building to go into the woods to go bouldering and that can lead to parking issues.

    Owned by a slumlord company. Rundown, patched over fixes to everything! Long overdue for a revamp. They’ll do enough to cosmetically make it look decent, but you’ll realize within the first week of moving in that it’s just cosmetic, when things aren’t working and falling apart.
