They’ll do enough to cosmetically make it look decent, but you’ll realize within the first week of moving in that it’s just cosmetic, when things aren’t working and falling apart.

I lived here in 2024 and moved out in April of this year, I had constant issues with my AC unit freezing over that they would just take a hairdryer to in order to “fix”, as well as my fridge going out for at least 3 days and was only comped $100, which does not add up to the amount of food we lost at all. Finally, upon moving out we were hit with nearly $1,000 in move out fees for what?? The breakdown of their “fees”,makes absolutely no sense and now they’re trying to send me to collections for this. Do not recommend living here unless you want to be hit with numerous fees and terrible maintenance/management.

They are courteous, friendly and neat and explain what the problem issue was. The office staff is courteous and friendly also. Thank you.
