  Staff were amazing when assisting, with clear communication, and great customer service. Very welcoming community and environment ! Id recommend Ridgemont to anyone looking for a new place to call home !

  Lived here for a year and was a weird experience. Overall, it was very manageable, and I would probably have stayed another year if not for other life circumstance. Despite that, when I moved in the apartment was trashed, unclean with vomit and outdoor debris trashing the place, and toliets weren’t working. It was unlivable to the point they refunded me multiple days rent. They also had a dispute with the United States Postal Service that led to me having to get packages from the post office for several months and you still can mainly only get USPS packages during leasing office hours. Overall, it was a lot of large issues early on and small issues as time went on. On the back end, living was pretty good and consistent with minor inconveniences here or there but still livable and would’ve stayed again like I said if there wasn’t other life factors.

  The hiking trail access is great. The people in the office are rude and unhelpful. Many amenities, such as the pool and fire pit, are broken and inaccessible. The community is great! There are some great people. Many work orders don't get completed. Things break down, and no one seems to be in any hurry to fix them. And I have had many, many, many problems with the mail situation. Beware!
