  please be warned: they will charge you HEAVY move out fees (2.6K)! (Under the guise of carpet replacement.) It happened with me, my friend, and someone my friend knows as well. They sent a debt collector before I even got a letter from Bridgeway themselves. Also saw large cockroaches around the property and in my apartment- despite being a genuine clean freak. (Granted, I only ever saw maybe five in total in my own apartment.) Also had an incident where two young children were left unattended in the pool by a mom who was sitting in her car in the parking lot. When I called to let them know so someone could get the kids out of the pool- I was hung up on. I’m usually not a snitch but leaving babies unattended in a swimming pool is super scary, as I personally know someone who lost a child that way. All in all, Bridgeway made me hate apartments!

  Moving out was a nightmare as mentioned by multiple other reviews. Listen to them. Be sure to document everything when moving in. They are trying to charge us $2.8K for a FULL carpet/ pad replacement. Ridiculous. When I reached out to the office for documentation of the damage and invoice for the repairs they redirected me to the debt collectors. Additionally, the complex is riddled with cockroaches and I know it was not just our apartment for a few reasons. We are clean people and never had issues with bugs in the past. Our neighbors had them too and they are all around the buildings if you walk around. Though I am upset at this inconvenience, I primarily wrote this to warn others. If you do end up moving into this complex despite the multiple bad reviews, be sure to, again, document everything.

  My family and I stood at Bridgeway apartments for 6 years. Sadly we had to say goodbye this last weekend due to personal purposes,otherwise we would still be there. I absolutely loved my home! All rooms are very spacious! Lots of kitchen space/cabinet space! The wood flooring. Super spacious balcony with a gorgeous pond view! The sun sets were amazing to see every evening (I'm going to miss the view so much). Vallet trash was a plus! The nice pool area! The landscape is always well taken care of. I never had trouble finding parking upfront of my building. The staff is very friendly! I hate that we can't bring our maintenance man along with. Super big thanks and shout out to Emilio our maintenance man! Super professional and friendly person. Any request we had he would promptly get things done. He even came during his off hours due to an emergency leak. I'm certainly going to miss this apartment very much! If you're looking for a home in the Chattanooga area I highly recommend Bridgeway!

  I cannot express how happy I am with my apartment. Aubrey goes above and beyond to make the residents happy. I put a service request in this morning and it was completed by 10:00. That type service is rare.
