  I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at Bluebird Row so far! The staff has been Incredibly helpful with any issue I’ve encountered & the maintenance team has always fixed anything same day. Bluebird has always felt very community oriented; the complex hosts several events for residents and everyone has always been very welcoming. My dog loves it here too, it’s very pet friendly! The only downside is the parking is minimal, but given the space they have, the complex does the best they can to accommodate everyone. I highly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking to live downtown, the location is great!

  You will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does and the lack of insulation between floors means you have no real choice of thermostat setting below 75°. It is truly astonishing how loud a 15lb dog can be when walking across your ceiling. This luxurious resort style living is complete with perpetual dog piss smells at several of the entrances, key card acces that only works about 70% of the time, and a decided lack of parking between 6pm and 7am. If you tour, you really need to see the building you are renting in. The main building is given way more care and maintenance than the other two, and the 3rd building is referred to as patten towers. The chicken plant smell is there, and some days is overpowering while other days it is non-existent. The smell pales in comparison to what comes out of the storm drains in the parking lot that smells like a cross between raw sewage and death rot. Expect the rent to be about 10-15% higher than quoted due to the fees, and don't forget that they charge you $10 a month just to pay your rent.

  Amazing review for the staff- Elliot is a gift. Extraordinarily helpful, super responsive, and beyond kind. Beautiful apartments, clean and comfortable environment, great amenities, all around a big fan!
