  I just moved in and cannot say enough of these ladies. I know it’s cliche to say “they really worked with me” but they really did. I was in a unique situation and they worked with me through several pain points. The apartments are brand new, very nice and spacious. By my nature I can’t say wether they are “luxury” or not, but I think they are awesome.

  Hi guys, Copper here 🐾 If you’re thinking about moving to Chattanooga, I would like to introduce you to my dear pal Hannah at Ardmore at Vance — the very stylish human who helped me and my mom successfully relocate after I completed extensive sniff-based inspections of the property. Hannah made the whole moving adventure easy and stress-free, which is impressive because my human had a lot going on and I was mostly focused on being cute. She’s kind, welcoming, and makes you feel at home right away. Did I mention she has treats in her office? Also important updates: ✅ The property is super clean (excellent paw-approval rating) ✅ The grounds are beautiful for walks and neighborhood investigations ✅ There is a DOG SPA- where I can get cleaned up after conducting zoomies and social diplomacy at the dog park (once I’m old enough of course) Overall, 10/10 experience. If you’re coming to Chattanooga, come see Hannah — she’ll take great care of you, give you treats and snuggles!   Hannah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!!! It’s my baby first birthday and she even played an happy birthday song for him during our tour. She made us feel at home already. Thank you Hannah !

  Hannah gave us a tour today of a couple of units and was a pleasure to meet with. She took time to go over all of the amenities and different options with us and listened to our needs which we beyond appreciated !

  We had a wonderful time at this place, Hannah made my leasing process incredibly smooth and stress‑free. They were responsive, explained all the details clearly, and were patient with my questions during the tour and application. Move‑in was well organized, and any small issues were addressed promptly. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude and would highly recommend working with them if you’re considering this community.
