And during the application process, David was so helpful and attentive. Even though I called him numerous times with questions, he remained patient and just made everything as stress-free as possible! So happy with our apartment - it’s just perfect! Thank you, David - you are definitely appreciated!
- ASAngie StoneFeb 6, 20265.0Just moved from 5 Points after living there a year. I had an apartment with a balcony that faced east so I could watch the Sun come up. I had a bonus of watching fireworks from my place on the 4th of July and New Year's. I had friendly neighbors and definitely enjoyed the espresso machine in the lobby. The staff... Alan, Jasmine, and David are personable while professional, and every month they host an event for the entire building. I just recently read on a Trader Joe's Reddit page that the next location considered in the area is next to 5 Points. If I move back to the area, I will move back here for sure.

Professional, kind, helpful, and just good environment. Lovely place to live honestly. Apartment, community, and maintenance staff really are 10/10 for location and pricing. I only left because work relocated me, but I would live there again if I move back to TN!

She made my move in process seamless and stress free, answering all my questions and making me feel so welcome. The experience would not have been the same without her. :)) 10/10 would recommend
