  If I could give 0 stars I would I was charged over 2K for carpet replacement. When I asked for documentation, they sent photos that was 100% from a different apartment. I took photos when I moved out and there were no stains even close to what they sent as “proof” Don’t move here this place is AWFUL.

  Listen to the other reviews. Moving out was a nightmare. The complex owners, AR Buildings, are a nightmare. You cannot get a hold of them in anyway except for writing a letter! The front office was also a nightmare. Stay far, far away from these apartments!

  please be warned: they will charge you HEAVY move out fees (2.6K)! (Under the guise of carpet replacement.) It happened with me, my friend, and someone my friend knows as well. They sent a debt collector before I even got a letter from Bridgeway themselves. Also saw large cockroaches around the property and in my apartment- despite being a genuine clean freak. (Granted, I only ever saw maybe five in total in my own apartment.) Also had an incident where two young children were left unattended in the pool by a mom who was sitting in her car in the parking lot. When I called to let them know so someone could get the kids out of the pool- I was hung up on. I’m usually not a snitch but leaving babies unattended in a swimming pool is super scary, as I personally know someone who lost a child that way. All in all, Bridgeway made me hate apartments!
