  Emerson Hills construction is wrapping up, but we wanted to share our experience since it was so great! If you are thinking about building a Ryan Home elsewhere in the Nashville community, we would definitely recommend it. We were a bit overwhelmed building our first home but our sales rep, Brittney, was so helpful from the start. She was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all of the available options. Brittney went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our decision, she walked us through the neighborhood multiple times, showed us homes that were under construction so we could see specific finishes in person, and always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. She truly made the process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. She even ordered us Starbucks during one of our meetings, so thoughtful! Our construction manager, Kevin, was just as wonderful to work with. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure our home was completed on time and kept us informed every step of the way. He sent weekly photos and email updates so we could see the progress, and he was always available when we wanted to stop by and see the house in person. He took the time to walk us through the home at different stages of construction and never once made us feel rushed. He even did some final cleaning touches right before our move-in to make sure everything looked perfect. Thank you Brittney & Kevin, we love our home and are so excited to make memories here!

  I absolutely love my house! The process from picking a lot to getting the keys was very enjoyable. Everyone I've worked with was very helpful and made building a house an experience I will never forget.

  Ryan Homes is a great company when it comes to their homes and services. I have had to put in several tickets and their response time is very swift. I had a few issues with my new construction homes but thankfully Alyssa was there to help me get everything resolved!

  I live in the Evergreen subdivision bit can't leave reviews there for some reason so I'm leaving it here. I'm happy with the size and quality of the home. I'd recommend expanding some bedrooms. Not all are the same size. Bathrooms are a little small too. Alyssa Cortez was my warranty representative. She has been very supportive and helpful with our home needs. Every time we call her she was very helpful and responsive about anything we needed. On the count 1-10 I'd give her 10. Thank you Alyssa l, keep up the good work. Ryan Homes is lucky to have you. I wish warranty was a little longer, not just one year.

  I am so excited about our new home and community in Emerson HIlls. Everyone has been so professional and helpful. I have been an awe of how wonderful Ryan Homes has been to us.
