We did not have a good experience with a previous new build years ago. After meeting with Pierre Hambrick and questioning him about big concerns we had, he completely explained the process with Ryan Homes. He met with us multiple times to make sure that we were comfortable with the plans going forward. The closer for us was meeting with the project management lead, Kevin Buehler, who sincerely and meticulously went over every step and explained the "what, why and benefit" each step of construction would take place - and when. We break ground in two weeks - and are confidently excited, without the excess nerve baggage! We highly recommend this team to have the process go right. 5 Stars to Kevin, Pierre, and Ryan Homes.

We are excited to make this community home and getting in before prices rise. I love some of the touches that are included in this neighborhood that aren’t standard in others even in other Ryan home’s neighborhoods. I hope people pay attention to reviews of people in THIS community vs another one as they aren’t the same. I’m so glad that we will have two walkthrough options before we take the keys to correct anything. Can’t wait to bring our family here.
