  Love these apartments been here going on 3 years and what i can say is that they have been nothing but great to me... The staff in the office is always ready to help with any issues.. If you are looking for an apartment in the Brentwood/Nashville area this is the place to be at!!!!! Fast,Fun,Friendly....

  We have lived here for one year and it has been a horrific and incredibly difficult living experience. We have had an endless list of significant safety and sanitation issues. While pregnant with my first child our AC unit broke twice. Then as we brought our newborn son home from the hospital the AC unit continued to break- a total of six different times. It was the heat of the summer when it broke for the 4th time and we had a tiny newborn in our unit, when we called the office to talk to them we were told verbatim “It is not an AC emergency unless it is over 80 degrees” - we told them we have a small baby in our unit and babies can overheat and die when the temperature is over 74 degrees. You can imagine the fear and anxiety that this would cause a freshly postpartum mother every day. It was another issue. If our AC wasn’t broken, we had water leaks. We had snakes outside the unit. Our water heater broke our refrigerator broke and had to be replaced. our trash was never picked up consistently by the trash service and the office Would not help us get it picked up. It has been a horrible living experience. We cannot wait to leave this unit. Do not move here. It is not safe.

  I don't normally write reviews but I am also struggling like many others with this complex. The buildings at this complex are extremely old despite their outward appearance. Prepare to spray your own property for pests - as you pay for pest control services that will never come. The brown recluse problem is EXTREMELY substantial and will over take your apartment if you don't spray at least once a week. So anyone with young kids - do not move in here NOT WORTH THE RISK. The water bills and other additives are insane - so much so you would be better off paying for a more expensive place than having to deal with water leaks, AC, heating, laundry, and pest control issues. Add an additional 250-300 to whatever the rent is as their estimates for utilities are low. Perks of this apartment : Location and the pool. If you are willing to deal with the above.
