  We are so grateful for our leasing agent, Musette, who has been incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the past two months. Moving from California to Tennessee came with more than a few unexpected hurdles, but Musette stayed steady, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. She took the time to answer every question, explain the process clearly, and make sure we felt comfortable and confident during a very stressful transition. Her professionalism and genuine care truly made a difference for our family. She even worked with us at the last minute on a Sunday and made sure our unit was clean and ready for move-in—something that went above and beyond her normal job duties. If you have the opportunity to work with Musette, you will be in excellent hands. Thank you, Musette, for going above and beyond to help us start this new chapter.

  I’ve lived at The Westerly since late June last year and overall it’s been a great experience. I chose it because it’s a newer build with modern amenities, and I really enjoy the pool, gym, and business center. The property is clean, well-maintained, and generally quiet, though I’ve noticed a bit more noise recently, likely from new neighbors. Convenience is a big plus — having a garage with easy access to my unit and elevators makes daily life much easier. I had cheaper options but chose to pay more for comfort and amenities, which has mostly felt worth it. That said, I do think pricing is on the higher side. A two-bed/two-bath like mine would feel more appropriately priced around $1,900–$2,000, and the garage fee is steep. Maintenance response could also improve, as a couple issues were marked resolved when they weren’t. Overall, though, I’ve been happy living here.

  I’ve passed this place since the breaking of ground began. I came in and was showed multiple floor plans from Musette. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the amenities top tier! If your thinking about it, just DO it!

  Really looking forward to staying at the Westerly at Union Depot. I’ve had nothing but a great experience so far, from the amenities to the extremely helpful and genuinely caring staff. Everything here is brand new, clean, and clearly well taken care of. During the recent snowstorm, the staff went above and beyond by providing salt and pre-salting all walkways, which really showed their preparedness, thoughtfulness, and how engaged they are with the residents. It’s reassuring to see that level of attention and care. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated with stores, restaurants, and gas stations just around the corner. The area itself is very quiet and comfortable, making it a great place to live. I have nothing but great things to say. If you’re apartment hunting, look no further than the Westerly.

  My apartments are truly beautiful, and living here has been an amazing experience. I’ve been here since April, and it has honestly been the best experience I could ask for. Musette is absolutely wonderful, she is always so helpful and I know I can call her anytime if I need anything. She goes above and beyond to help with anything you need!
