  saw first hand how they Lied about recieving payments, ghost hidden feesand charges, Even double charged us for pet rent, and refused to take second charge off. "Shana" was awful. Not a place you want to live

  Terrible and very rude office staff. They lack customer service. The trash compactor always overflowing leaving trash on the grounds which attracts bugs near our homes. They charge monthly pest control fees and I have not had a spray since I moved in. There is a new maintenance team every other month they can’t keep a solid contract or employees. The office staff like to micro monitor and manage. Unnecessary inspections like we are section 8 apartments. You cannot smoke a cigarette at home not even your patio. They tell you when to take down holiday decorations and complain about how much furniture on your patio. Clearly, a lack of importance. It’s broken outdoor stairs through the apartments. The gym is always dirty and has a lot of broken equipment. You will wait months for a repair. They INCREASE rent every year at least 150-200 dollars. They have hidden fees. Be prepared to pay a stack when you move out. They will charge you ridiculous fees even if you hire a cleaning team they will still find reasons to charge you. Forget about a deposit return. Please save yourself the headache avoid them. The ones across the street ran by the same office staff. Be aware. You can get nicer apartments for the price of these. This is a ghetto complex.

  The staff is so amazing and kind!! They have truly helped us out in so many ways. We moved here through the military and couldn’t be happier with our home!! The apartments are also in a beautiful area with the golf course and surrounding parks.

  Let me tell you... These are awesome apartments. Safe, clean and quiet with reliable personnel on hand always ready to assist as best they can. I've lived here about 4 months now and I do not regret moving in! The only gripe I have is the amount of money required for a pet deposit. I desperately desire a dog but a $400.00 deposit fee (on top of an extra 20/mo. in rent) has me on the fence about getting one. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody!
