- EWella wilsonMar 3, 20264.0No complaints about the "sales" experience - Hunter and Justin handled the closing process like pros. Several hiccups happened later on with bookkeeping after closing. Paperwork did not line up with a couple things some people in office did and I ended up having to remedy that, but we're all human. Communications during the "home set-up" definitely need work, though. I would get a call about the same issue from 4 different people who hadn't even talked to each other. Either that or they seemed to not know what work was being done or had been done and I would have to supply that answer... communicate with each other! I do appreciate the haste and straightforwardness throughout the process with the sales associate, so that balanced out the other problems that would have otherwise been turn-offs.
