  Let me start off by saying this has by far been the best experience I have had from applying, walking the model units to moving in. The property management is top notch especially Courtney the Property Manger she has helped throughout the whole process and has made it extremely welcoming and easy I wish they all were like her she is amazing if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it for sure s/o to Courtney she is the best and my favorite!!!!

  Finding a new apt to call home is always challenging. I can honestly say that Courtney and Michelle has made the experience of selecting Carroll Cane Ridge an easy process. I was looking for 1 bed 1 bath that was a little more spacious than my last apt, i was also looking for a leasing team that cared about their residents. I found both here, my apt is bigger than my last and the team has addressed any questions/concerns i had in a timely manner. Shout out to Dee as well, he is the maintenance supervisor. The property still has ongoing construction which hasn’t caused any issues for when moving in or working from home. I also love that it is close to Tanger, Chick fil-a, In-N-Out, Texas Roadhouse and other fast food restaurants because i don’t cook alot so it is convenient to have them 4-5 mins away.
