    PROS Good location Friendly staff CONS Golf simulator never worked or repaired. Managed shared network throughout facility. Dogs urinating around first floor patio making it smell bad Mail delivery is a bit chaotic. All deliveries are all over the floor in a small room. With all residents going through them. No screens on windows. High monthly amenities fees.

    Lived here coming up on a year, and I have loved my experience. The management takes great care of the grounds, and organizes community events. Terry from the management team is fantastic, and we are excited to continue our residency!

    I just moved my daughter in, and this was a sight-unseen move from California to Tennessee. I couldn't feel more excited for her next chapter. These apartments are even better than what I expected. Quiet, secure, and very nice with every amenity needed. The property management (Rabecca) was very nice. If you're looking to move to this area, this would be a great place for you to check out
