Spacious rooms and our unit had a fire place
It's been a couple years since we left here. After Meryl left, the management of the building really went downhill. With her, it was amazing. There was one manager after her that was also great, but she left around the same time we did, and the manager after THAT was the one we had issues with. We were charged for water damage in our unit that was caused by a water heater in the maintenance room. The good manager assured us repeatedly that we wouldn't get charged since it wasn't our issue and we even had it on voice message. The next management refused to acknowledge it and charged us anyway. There were additional issues beyond that, but that's just a glimpse.

Terrace Hills Apartments offers spacious floor plans for rent with airy kitchens and full-size washer and dryer in each home.
With fireplaces in select homes, and balconies or patios in all homes. Terrace Hills is pet friendly and welcomes both cats and dogs. Take your dog for a walk or run at one of the nearby parks, dine at Granite City Food and Brewery, shop until you drop at the Empire Mall, or feed your hungry mind at the bookstore or library. Terrace Hills is close to it all at a very convenient place.
I live at the Terrace Hills apartments in Sioux Falls managed by Thies & Talle. I have got to say that I would not recommend this property to anyone. Our bathroom has a crack that leaks all the time. The ceiling fan in the bathroom leaks as well. Just last week, the light in the kitchen started going out on its own, later we found out why. As it turns out, the kitchen ceiling was leaking water into the light fixture where it began pooling and then leaking out into our kitchen floor. The water was causing the electricity to go out in our kitchen. Four times we have called for this problem to get fixed, and its still not fixed. Tonight the bathroom ceiling is leaking again, this will be the fifth time we call for maintenance.
