  This is a great place to live. I like how the units all have their own entrances, makes it feel more like a home than an apartment. The office staff is friendly, helpful and professional. As a side benefit, you can use the pools at both Autumn Park and Penbrooke Place across the street.

  I can’t wait to move. I’m sick and tired of this internet company. In my time here, it has gone down longer than a week in my unit 3 times (which i was never compensated for). Paying for the gigabyte changes nothing. You get charged extra and then run a speed test off of the ethernet cable to get 150mb/s. Regardless of the internet, every appliance is more than 30 years old, better pray you don’t get one like me where the AC runs out of freon in the middle of the summer. Our washing machine rattles violently and has an open back, extremely hazardous to pets, especially cats. They won’t replace it though, they will buy a new part to replace 30 times first. Our ground floor has nails poking through the floor. Some of the staff is extremely condescending, if you don’t like working in HR, simply don’t. goofball. Snow plow will plow you into your spot no questions asked, buy a shovel! Maintenance crew is full of great people, hard workers, squandered by the working hours. Work a 9-5? goodluck gettin anything done without letting them in alone. Just counting the days.
