Being 900 miles from Waverly Springs you have that doubt in your mind that your missing something or you can’t keep your eye on the process and progress and that’s were your project manager comes into play! My project manager was awesome! Devan not only took the time to answer questions he also sent weekly updates either with photos or videos! Ryan Homes has 2 great employees in Collin and Devan and even after the closing they have continued to reach out making sure we are satisfied! So in closing go ahead and take that leap into a new home from Ryan Homes great customer service !

We went back to talk about our choice several time and Collin always took his time to listen to our needs. This was scary for us because we are from out of state. Step by step he went through every moment with us and opened a app of our home to let us watch every new development on the home. Was so exciting to see.
