Especially Kris, the warranty person, who has replied every time I have a question, from a noise in the garage door to an electrical question. I don't know of any builder who continues to respond to needs after the sale is made. I am buying another Ryan home!

Non negotiable. Windows seals aren't square, garage walls are bowed and not straight, the washer and dryer live for about a year maybe a little longer. Just not a good idea.
