Especially Kris, the warranty person, who has replied every time I have a question, from a noise in the garage door to an electrical question. I don't know of any builder who continues to respond to needs after the sale is made. I am buying another Ryan home!
- BRBrittney RaderNov 17, 20252.0Beautiful homes, kris the warranty guy is THE BEST of it all, he gets five stars. The rest gets 2. But id never buy a Ryan home ever again and that is a fact. Non negotiable. Windows seals aren't square, garage walls are bowed and not straight, the washer and dryer live for about a year maybe a little longer. Just not a good idea.
