- STsharanda thomasAug 15, 20255.0I moved down here from Mauldin last October. I love my home. I've only had a few issues but each time Kris Duncan with the warranty team has always made sure that I was taken care of. He has always made sure that he was physically present to see the issue and made sure to get it to whom it needs to go to. I recently had an issue with the power and the power company couldn't get out here for a week. Kris called to check on me and when he found out that it would take a week, he got on the phone and made sure they were here the next day. Also, Johnathan with Palmetto Residential Electric, is a godsend! He identified and fixed my power issue within a couple of minutes. He also took care of 2 other issues that I had that had nothing to do with what he was here for. He was extremely nice and very informative. They both deserve raises!

He went out and checked the water meter for me yesterday. Any questions I’ve had, Chris was able to answer. And he always asks me relevant questions that I wouldn’t think of, so that he knows how to help. If you need him, he comes as quickly as he can! I’m sure there are are a lot of people blowing up his phone, but he takes the time to call back and come out. Thank you Chris for all your help!
