  Searching for a new mobile home? I highly suggest Clayton Homes of Walterboro. They are amazing to work thru the process. Each & every step is explained. How long it SHOULD take for each step. Any time I have a question, I can call the office & i get the advice that I need to take care of my question/problem. I still do this, and I have been in my home for over a year. It's not just about the sale, they go the distance to help you. They always make you feel welcome. It's worth your time to give them an opportunity. Sure thankful we did......

  Simply they stated I could get s custom home how ever when it came to finishes different manufacturers didn't allow for things like cabinet color and they pretty much refuse to install the same cheap vinyl on the master bedroom and livingroom when requested astronomical number of 7k was quoted for 2 rooms and if you ask me I do not believe there's is no padding under cheap carpet I spent over 100k I was very disappointed the only other survey at the beginning was about sales questions I did not have to be sold I was looking for the right home after a while i was not happy with having to choose what was available or allowed nothing was custom

  Had to give Clayton Mobile Home in Walterboro at least one star to post. Still waiting for my master bathroom tub to be fixed and my ceiling in the other bathroom. It’s sad that you took my review down all you have to do is fix the problem. Ms. Toni you make it seem as if you care about your customer only thing you care about is the money you received. My mobile home is paid in full since May of 2021. Live up to your end and do what’s right. If you call yourself a Christian. Remember a cake doesn’t fix the problem.

  I have been to several Clayton homes and oakwood mobile homes. I went to Clayton homes in walterboro Sc and i can’t express. How blessed i was to come in contact with them, absolutely wonderful customer service. The group of folks treated my family with much respect, that office is so Awesome. From the phone conversation with my salesperson Ms Teresa. Tiffany and Ms Jerri beautiful ladies everyone in that office is the best. Anyone looking for a home go see Ms Teresa at Clayton homes in walterboro Sc. She will make it happen for you. Thank You for such beautiful service and making our buying home experience great.
