This is our 3rd lease renewal. We love the area, the maintenance team is amazing and extremely on top of everything. The area is safe and quiet, we have great neighbors. One of the best overall apartments we have rented. The front office team is always friendly and helpful. That alone makes a huge difference!

Living at Palmetto Place has been a great experience. The maintenance team is prompt and courteous. They are respectful of your time and make sure to answer requests in a quick manner. The office staff is beyond amazing. I initially worked with Teresa when I moved here in May 2025. She communicated effectively throughout the entire application to move in process. I had some personal things come up and needed to downsize units mid lease. Teresa and Brittany made that such a smooth transition. They provided me with all the necessary details, gave me time to weigh options, and worked with me throughout the whole transition from one unit to the next. I cannot say enough praises for them. The community itself is mostly quiet. Little noise here and there but nothing I would complain over. I think my only complaint is the dumpster at the front can be an eye sore sometimes. But that is more related to residents not pushing the button on the compactor and just throwing things in and around it. Nonetheless, I would still recommend living here.

This is not a quiet neighborhood at all. Extremely inconsiderate people just speed through the complex at all hours of the day and night blasting real loud music, around the clock to where it wakes you up out of your sleep. I don’t understand the point of someone blasting their music so loud to where it disturbs the entire community inside of their homes when they drive by. It’s just so ignorant! I’ve never lived around people that do that kind of stuff. People will walk right up to the dumpster and sit their bags of trash on the ground, instead of putting them in the dumpster. This attracts cats and causes them to tear through the trash creating an eyesore and unnecessary work for everyone else to take care of! They don’t take pride in where they live at all! Disabled individuals who have a state issued handicap placard cannot access the parking because people misuse the spaces. I have attached a picture of handicap parking being misused while there are five open parking spaces available near the building. This is the most disrespectful thing a person can do because when they park their car in a handicap space when they don’t have a placard, they are letting you know they don’t give a damn what your medical condition is! They are telling you that they are using a space that is legally designated for your use because they are too lazy, entitled, inconsiderate, and uncivilized to park anywhere else! The same residents walk their dogs daily and do not ever pick up after them. After reporting these things several times nothing is ever really done about anything. Rules are in place to maintain order in an apartment complex, and it makes no sense when there are rules in place that are not only not being followed but they’re not being enforced either! This is why the country is so “screwed up” now (thats the most polite word I can use here). No one abides by any of the rules that are in place so “everyone” can live peacefully. It’s like certain people feel the rules do not apply to them at all, and they’re only there for everyone else and not them. These complexes will fine you if your rent is even 5 minutes past due but when it comes to noise, smelling weed, dog poop being left, misusing parking, nothing is ever actually done besides the same generic letter being sent out. They will tell someone who actually pays their rent on time every month they can just move instead of fining and giving a lease violation to the person that is breaking the rules of the complex daily. When the leasing office is closed you are basically on your own because the police is useless, the “rent-a” community security officer is useless, the tow company is not reliable, and that Ai “Piper” they have set up is useless. We have to stop being impressed with the most minuscule things, and thinking we’re actually getting something that’s not really useful. If someone is reported for excessively loud music for example, the leasing office should be able to locate them (their apartment number) right away from their license plate! Why keep sending out emails when the same people are violating the lease. This should be required before a lease is even signed. This is also how people end up living here with tenants, and not even be on the lease (i.e. taking up all of our parking spaces)… Also, if someone’s tags are expired their car should not even be taking up space in the parking lot either. I haven’t been able to rest good at all, because these ignorant fools in the complex keep driving back and forth blasting their music real loud at all hours of the day and night. I honestly think “that behavior” has a lot to do with one’s socioeconomic status. It’s definitely a correlation between the two. These are some of the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever lived around. It’s not all, but it’s a whole lot of them that has moved in here that don’t have any decorum at all! They clearly wasn’t “taught” how to be civilized and considerate of others, and things of that nature! It hasn’t always been like this at Palmetto Place.
