Alex was absolutely fantastic during my tour! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and his helpful attitude really stood out. Thanks to Alex, I felt confident and excited about my decision—he truly made choosing my next home a smooth and enjoyable experience.

I moved in February and was placed in Building 1100. So far, my experience hasn’t been the best. There are definitely some interesting people around, and the neighboring Building 1000 is also problematic—especially with unattended kids doing reckless things on the property.
I have asthma, so coming home to people smoking weed and cigarettes in the hallways has been particularly frustrating.
the two doors by the fence facing Walmart are left open 24/7, which doesn’t feel secure.
The property itself is nice and generally well-maintained, but management really needs to do a better job enforcing the rules. I do want to give a big shoutout to Samantha for helping with my move-in process, and also to the maintenance team—they’ve all been great.
I signed a short-term lease, so we’ll see how things go from here.

So we stayed here for a brief time. All was good for the first couple months. The third month came and we made our rent payment on the 27th. We tried to use the system to pay rent and something was off and would not allow us at walmart to pay it. We rushed back to the office to figure out how we pay it and the manager Tammy told us to go ahead and get a money order from walmart and bring it back because she had to go to the bank that day anyway. We were also told by other office staff along with tammy that as long as we made a payment by the 27th we would be fine. So we included the late fees in those payments since that was a requirement. The next week we get a "notice to vacate" for the month we literally just paid by the deadline on our door for failure to pay rent. We go to the office to see why and they said to go ahead and disregard. So we took the paper down put it in a drawer just incase. 2 days later theres another notice for the same month. So we informed the office in person that we would not be paying an additional 1400 and would be moving out immediately. Which we did that night. Now I go to apply for a home owners loan and I cant because you people have turned me in to collections for the money you already received. It was a nightmare moving in. The process was glitchy to begin with and now theres this? We were good tenants abided by the rules nor created disturbances for others. No damage to the property either.
