  Insane rental prices for low quality neighborhood. Always criminal activity. From murder to vandalism. Roach infested apartments with no consistent pest control. Rent goes up 100-150 each year. Gym half equipment broken. Basketball court always destroyed by kids always being replaced. Dog park full of mess from owners not picking up after their animals. Kids always cussing and fighting. Drug infested area. Not safe for children. Just over it at this point. Why keep going up on good tenants and quality no change. Next to a high school is no perk either. Traffic is terrible. Unsafe for small children. I actually was excited when new manager took over last year even with rent increase was expecting better change. I’m sure she tries her best but maybe her boss needs to rent an apartment for a few months here and see what his property is really worth. It ain’t worth over 1500 I promise that and now we have to pay for water and sewer too?!?! I always thought that was included the 4 years I been here??!!

  Everyone in the office and the maintenance team is always wonderful and helpful. Ms Kathy is always and willing to help in any situation and having community days to help bring morale.

  I've never lived in such a disgusting place. There were cockroaches on my toothbrush even after the fumigation. There are all kinds of insects. They also tricked me into thinking all the services were working. I paid $1,500 for the second month and $1,700 for the third. They're scammers!

  I’ve had a very negative experience with Kathy, the leasing manager. Her communication has been extremely unprofessional, including threatening phone calls and emails that made me feel uncomfortable and targeted. Instead of helping resolve concerns, she seems more focused on finding reasons to push tenants out. As a resident, I expect to feel safe bringing up issues or asking for assistance, but dealing with Kathy has been stressful and discouraging. No one should feel intimidated in their own home just for trying to communicate with management. I would strongly encourage the property management to address this behavior and improve how tenants are treated. All because I asked for a new ac unit and a maintenance check I have left the gates and strongly encourage anyone who has plans on moving here to not this place is going into the ground with the property manager from hell negative 0 stars if I could add them.
