  I was in desperate need of finding a new home. After everything I endured and experienced in my previous community, it was extremely important for me to find a place that truly fit my needs. Emily was absolutely amazing, very communicative, supportive, and kind. It honestly felt like she could sense the stress I was carrying the moment I walked into her office. I explained what I was looking for, and everything she showed me aligned perfectly with my needs and my move-in timeline. The community I’m moving from is extremely loud and makes it very difficult to rest or relax. Many residents share the same concerns due to its close proximity to Highway 17. South City, on the other hand, is very quiet and beautifully maintained. The property features ponds, which I’m especially excited to walk around, along with a small gathering area where residents can sit and spend time with neighbors and friends. Overall, it’s a peaceful and reserved community. One thing I immediately noticed, and truly appreciate, is that the gate actually remains close. Random traffic just cannot enter the community. That’s a huge plus, as many gated communities don’t enforce this. It adds an extra sense of security and comfort. Another bonus is that each unit comes with a storage space right outside units, which means you truly get more for your money, plenty of room and extra storage both inside units and out. I want to sincerely thank South City Apartments, and especially Emily, for such a wonderful experience. Finding a new home hasn’t been an easy or pleasant journey, but kindness is free and patience truly goes a long way. I cannot wait to move into my new home! 😊✨

  Place is quite everyone is so friendly and staff does a good job on grounds work and maintenance couldn't ask for a better place to live. Plus my cat loves the screened in porch and walking all around!

  Aside from the apartments being beautiful and a great place to live, the staff is amazing! Madison and Kenzie were there for me with any questions or concerns I had. They responded fast and were there for me every step of the way. They are the most friendly and accommodating people. So thankful to have people like them in the office!!
