  I recently moved out of Parks at Nexton and wanted to give a special shout-out to Ryan. He is an amazing Assistant Manager and was incredibly helpful throughout my time at the community. He made my move-out experience smooth and pleasant—something that is usually stressful—and truly went above and beyond to make the process easy. Ryan is a true asset to the team, and I have no doubt he will do great things in the future. I highly recommend Parks at Nexton—it’s an amazing property in a fantastic location.

  Parks at Nexton is a great place to live! Management is on point! Maintenance is timely with repairs. The property is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Nexton! Highly recommend this place!!

Move-outs are usually stressful, but Ryan made the whole process easy and pleasant. He’s definitely a huge asset to the team and I know he’ll do great things in the future. I highly recommend Parks at Nexton—great property and an awesome location

  I had an overall great experience with Parks of Nexton, especially during my move-out process. I ended up relocating to Mount Pleasant for work, and while the property was going through a transition to new management, things truly began to drastically improve once Ana stepped in. The overall organization, communication, and relationship with management became much more positive. Ryan, in particular, was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. He listened attentively, was never unreasonable, and genuinely worked with us on challenges we faced rather than against us. That level of understanding and professionalism made a stressful move much smoother. I really appreciate the effort from the new management team and would absolutely say they’ve made meaningful improvements to the property and tenant experience.
