With rather short notice we met Lynn to view homes in several locations nearing the end of June. She put together an itinerary for us to check out homes in a couple different neighborhoods based on our budget. We then brought our kids to check the area and re-connect with Lynn after solidifying which neighborhood we were most interested in. We were able to lock in on a new build, Lynn guiding us each step of the way. Emphasis on guiding us, as this process can be rather overwhelming. We then officially moved south and stayed in a temporary rental while our home was being built. Lynn kept us informed as to how the build was progressing and what other steps we needed to take. We eventually closed on our home recently as of last week which required us to do a walk through and then final walk through. Lynn was present and very helpful at each meeting. We were so pleased to see a very beautifully thought-out welcome basket and hand painted picture from Lynn and The Palmetto Elite Group when arriving at our home after closing. It was such a perfect welcome home thought & the hand painted photo we are getting framed as a reminder and keep sake to hang in our garage. Even after the fact Lynn kept in contact to remind us about registering our appliances and other things that may have slipped through our thought process while navigating so much change and craziness of moving. Lynn and Haley also invited me and their clients to a paint and sip which was one of the first times I had a chance to actually hang out with other women since moving here.
