  Called in to get information on rather or not they where leasing and accepting vouchers the guy that answered the phone had a very condescending tone I asked information about leasing and he said something really fast then said but thanks for calling didn’t leave room for me to respond or ask all the necessary questions I had as if he rushed me off the phone. When I mentioned a voucher it was like he was ready to instantly tell me no we don’t have anything available. I really hate that people who are not good customer service people always end up in these kind of positions!

  The emails management sends out have a very condescending tone to them. It’s like they’ve never worked customer service and don’t know what tact is. The emails also have a tone of someone reveling in being bossy. Some do sound professional but the majority make me feel like I’m being scolded by a Karen. They also have residents cars towed frequently for minor things that don’t really effect anyone, it just seems like they’re over policing very minor issues. Why would you want to inconvenience someone that pays rent here to that level? I think management gets joy out of doing things like this. I’m dreading the response they will give to this review, the fake concern exhibited in the rest of the review responses is off-putting, especially after experiencing their condescending email alerts regularly. Also, that recent 5 star review by Michael or whatever seems very fake....my apartment is very standard and even from the beginning I felt iffy about management except for Megan who doesn’t work here anymore.

  The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Megan! I love the location, it is very convenient to everything on this side of town. If you are in the market for an apartment you should definitely check out Oakbrook Village!

  I've lived here for almost 7 years this place has gotten worse over the past year. No updates. They replace appliances with old used ones and will tow your car when there is no parking!. How can you not provide parking for all your tenants then tow them when they park where they can. No parking passes to specify who lives here. Then TOW them at $250. DON'T MOVE HERE. If I hadn't signed a new lease I would move. There are much better kept communitues in the area.

  Horrible management ..... They don't throughly explain nothing to you.... It's infested with a bug or insect called silverfish that I constantly have to get the exterminator to come and spray for and it still doesn't kill them.... The monthly note is too expensive because after a few months of living here things start to fall apart..... Upon moving in and full inspecting the place you can tell they have cleaned the place and there were screws in the carpet that you couldn't see until you actually stepped on it! The office manager and employees were very rude unprofessional and childish acting towards my daughters.... The maintenance guys were very rude and unprofessional to my nephews when they stayed the summer with me..... It took 3dayd to get both of my bathroom sinks unclogged .... After calling them twice.... There's no parking for the residents I guess they do that so you can purchase a garage which is another $100 Added to you're rent! I called the corporate office because they blocked my key over an incident where my daughter and nephew had their feet in the water and the regional manager to me I need to learn how to control my kids! She was very rude as well .... Then she told me my key would be blocked for a week and it's been a month and it's still blocked! Yeah it's more but injust don't have the time to type it all.... And the bad part is I only been here a year... Oh yeah one of the office employees told me she was looking for another job🤔
