- AZA ZhJan 7, 20261.0all about sales. Their construction crews are awful leaving debris to blow into neighbor’s lawns and working outside the allowed times. They don’t care if they leave nails everywhere and your tires get punctured. Their office is unhelpful and Megan Gold (not sure of spelling) is just rude. Take accountability! A

I was looking into building a home in Nexton, but will never build with Pulte. Within the first week, one of our 2 houses had a door lock that didn’t work. The second house had the food floor cracking, splits sticking out etc. when we called to inform them, no one came to check. When they called for follow up, my brother was told that they must have spilled water on the floor. He’s a single guy with no kids or anyone to mess up anything. How does that happen to a brand new house within 2 weeks? And their response speaks volumes about their crappy customer service. About 1.4 million$ later for two 2300 sq ft size houses, both of their experiences have been poor. I would suggest look anywhere but Pulte.

Meghan and Ryan were very professional and made the entire process really smooth. The Midtown is a top-notch community with beautiful homes, great amenities, and conveniently close to all the businesses and the interstate.
