  I personally think this is a great place to live. The office staff are amazing and listen when you have a problem. They also have an amazing maintenance staff. Always on top of things that need fixing.( which I personally have not had to have much done) but when I do they are on top of it. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to live check them out.

  7 years in the same complex and apartment. dealt with more than one teenager should. gun violence, people breaking into peoples cars. the nasty looks and comments by staff here. continued turn over in the office. they can't keep anyone good working here. so done with this place. there is always something wrong with place. cant keep nothing working. gated community my butt. also the RENT!!!!!

  Tammy and Samantha have been great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Toured the apartment and everything was clean and move-in ready. Highly recommend! Thanks ladies!

  I have a few things to say. I see these yellow no parking placards being placed on people's vehicles yet we have a trashed up camper(not even allowed here) parked not even in parking spaces thats been in here for 2 days. The people it belongs to throwing trash in the woods. You have tenants who own 5 vehicles with trash in the back of one of them. We just picking and choosing what to ignore and what to address? I remember reading the rules yet we seem to forget what we are enforcing? Not to mention the sheriff that races through here? Ive been here 3 years and its always something. I used to love it here. Now its just being over-run and over-crowded. You just going to keep letting your tenants deal with rules being broken? This is my first time ever speaking up and it can count on regretting it.
